Shipping, Returns & Refunds

✧ Shipping

We ship all orders with care from the United States. Most pieces are handcrafted and packed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or restocks, there may be a short delay, but we’ll always keep you informed with tracking.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping costs and times vary based on location and carrier. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Each item is thoughtfully wrapped and gift-ready—whether for yourself or a loved one.

✧ Returns

We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • Custom pieces, personalized items, and clearance sale items are non-refundable.

Please email us at support@tanaura.com with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

✧ Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to make it right—whether through a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may ask for a quick photo so we can better understand the issue.

✧ Replacements

We believe in making things right. If a string breaks or a gemstone loosens within 30 days, we’re happy to offer a one-time replacement—just reach out to our team with a photo and your order info.

✧ Delayed or Lost Packages

Once a package leaves our studio, we rely on the shipping carrier for safe delivery. Occasionally, tracking may show “delivered” before it actually arrives. If that happens:

  • Please allow 1–2 extra business days.

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.
